VIVERE GmbH, founded in 2018, is transforming the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) landscape by harnessing artificial intelligence within its Platform model. Our holistic approach integrates marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. With a proven history of 10 successful brands and 150 products launched across sectors such as beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden, we distribute through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail. Collaborating closely with creators and communities, we support brand evolution and assist other enterprises in delivering high-quality products through B2B services. Based in Hamburg, our team of 60 consumer specialists manages operations, including our production facility. VIVERE is positioning itself as a significant player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Analyze category and consumer insights utilizing Emmy AI tools.
- Craft product concepts and communication strategies informed by insights.
- Lead product development in partnership with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
- Collaborate with Sales teams across various channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee and implement the brand's marketing calendar with channel partners.
- Engage with creators and strategic partners to boost consumer interaction.
- Track brand performance against established KPI and ROI metrics.
Your Profile:
- Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a solid academic foundation.
- Bring 2-3 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods sector.
- Exhibit analytical and conceptual thinking abilities with a talent for problem-solving.
- Demonstrate initiative and collaborative leadership skills across departments.
- Focus on driving financial impact and continuously optimizing brand performance.
- Show a passion for developing exceptional product concepts that meet consumer needs.
- Have a strong commitment to enhancing consumer engagement through various channels.
