Our integrated model combines marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology to efficiently launch and manage brands.

We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products across various markets, including beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. Our products are sold through Amazon, direct-to-consumer channels, and retail. We collaborate with creators and communities to co-develop brands and offer B2B services to help other brands develop high-quality products.

We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is located. VIVERE GmbH is expanding its presence in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights using our proprietary AI tools to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute product concepts and creative communication activities to drive brand impact.
  • Lead product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, compliance, and production.
  • Work with sales teams to create brand awareness and drive sales through various channels.
  • Manage brand performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with strong academic performance.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on product development and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to drive problem-solving and initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Passion for developing innovative product concepts and driving consumer engagement.
