About VIVERE GmbH
Established in 2018, VIVERE GmbH is revolutionizing the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance our Platform model, we adeptly create and oversee next-generation brands. Our comprehensive approach integrates marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. We have successfully introduced 10 brands and 150 products across various markets, including beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. Our sales channels include Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) platforms, and retail. We collaborate with creators and communities, such as Zumba, and assist other brands in developing high-quality products through our B2B services. Our team consists of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also situated. VIVERE is emerging as a significant player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Conduct analysis of category and consumer insights utilizing our proprietary Emmy AI tools.
- Transform insights into innovative product concepts and creative marketing initiatives.
- Lead product development by collaborating with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
- Partner with Sales teams (Amazon, DtC, retail, B2B) to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee and implement the brand's marketing calendar in conjunction with our channel partners.
- Engage with creators and strategic partners to foster consumer interaction.
- Monitor brand performance within our KPI and ROI framework.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods sector.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach with a collaborative mindset to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
- Focus on achieving financial outcomes and continuous brand optimization.
- Passion for creating exceptional product concepts that address consumer needs.
- Strong commitment to enhancing consumer engagement across multiple channels.
