Founded in 2018, VIVERE GmbH is transforming the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) landscape by harnessing the power of AI within its Platform model. Our holistic approach integrates marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. With a proven history of 10 successful brands and 150 products launched across beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden sectors, we distribute through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail outlets. Collaborating closely with creators and communities, we enhance brand growth and support other businesses in delivering high-quality products through our B2B services. Our headquarters in Hamburg is home to a dedicated team of 60 consumer experts who manage our operations, including our production facility. VIVERE is establishing a significant presence in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Analyze category and consumer insights utilizing Emmy AI tools.
  • Formulate product concepts and communication strategies informed by insights.
  • Lead product development in partnership with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams across diverse channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and implement the brand's marketing calendar in conjunction with channel partners.
  • Engage with creators and strategic partners to boost consumer interaction.
  • Track brand performance against established KPI and ROI metrics.
Candidate Profile

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a solid academic foundation.
  • Bring 2-3 years of relevant experience within the consumer goods sector.
  • Exhibit analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities with a talent for problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate initiative and collaborative leadership across various departments.
  • Focus on driving financial outcomes and consistently optimizing brand performance.
  • Show enthusiasm for crafting exceptional product concepts that meet consumer needs.
  • Commit to enhancing consumer engagement through multiple channels.
