Join our dynamic team at Colgate-Palmolive as a Professional Oral Care Brand Strategist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Managers to devise a comprehensive growth strategy for the meridol brand, specifically targeting the professional sector, including dental and pharmacy channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting holistic Brand Growth Strategies for meridol, utilizing behavioral insights and consumer-centric data in collaboration with the brand leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support the maintenance of a continuous media and marketing strategy, tailored for specific segments, while localizing all professional marketing materials for meridol.
- Ensure effective execution of detailed plans, promoting brand recommendations within dental practices in partnership with the Brand Manager.
- Contribute to the management of all professional meridol products, which includes overseeing artwork, SKU management, and claims.
- Assist in the creation of educational resources and professional sales materials.
- Work collaboratively with Scientific Affairs, Sales, and the Digital Transformation team to drive brand initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, ideally within Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors, with a preference for experience in medical marketing.
- Consumer and professional focus: Demonstrates agility and innovative thinking to enhance consumer engagement through digital tools and insights.
- Proficient in digital media strategies to create effective plans across various channels.
- Innovative mindset: Proactively champions new initiatives and swiftly implements ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Experience in cross-functional teamwork.
- Data analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex business processes and leverage insights for strategic advantage.
