Key Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Analyze category and consumer insights utilizing Emmy AI tools.
  • Craft product concepts and communication strategies informed by insights.
  • Lead product development efforts in partnership with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams across diverse channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and implement the brand's marketing calendar in conjunction with channel partners.
  • Engage with creators and strategic partners to boost consumer interaction.
  • Track brand performance against established KPI and ROI metrics.
Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a solid academic foundation.
  • Bring 2-3 years of relevant experience within the consumer goods sector.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, along with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and collaborative leadership across various departments.
  • Focus on driving financial impact and continuously optimizing brand performance.
  • Show a commitment to developing exceptional product concepts that align with consumer needs.
