Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Analyze category and consumer insights utilizing Emmy AI tools.
- Craft product concepts and communication strategies informed by insights.
- Lead product development efforts in partnership with R&D, compliance, and production teams.
- Collaborate with Sales teams across diverse channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee and implement the brand's marketing calendar in conjunction with channel partners.
- Engage with creators and strategic partners to boost consumer interaction.
- Track brand performance against established KPI and ROI metrics.
Your Profile:
- Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a solid academic foundation.
- Bring 2-3 years of relevant experience within the consumer goods sector.
- Exhibit strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, along with effective problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and collaborative leadership across various departments.
- Focus on driving financial impact and continuously optimizing brand performance.
- Show a commitment to developing exceptional product concepts that align with consumer needs.
- Have a strong dedication to enhancing consumer engagement through multiple channels.
