Rolle und Aufgaben
- Als Team Lead Inbound Sales bist Du verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Marketplace Teams.
- Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams, um unsere Umsatzziele zu erreichen und die Conversionrate im gesamten Team zu optimieren.
- Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Salesprozesse, die Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung und effiziente Ressourcennutzung innerhalb des Teams, die Durchführung und Organisation von Schulungen, um die Vertriebsfähigkeiten des Teams zu stärken, und die Förderung der persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung jedes Teammitglieds.
Ihr Profil
- Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit relevanten fachlichen Erfahrungen in den Bereichen (Inbound) Sales, Transaktionaler Sales oder vergleichbaren.
- Die Fähigkeit, in einem sich stetig wandelnden Umfeld zu handeln und Change zu gestalten, ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung.
- Deine kommunikative und empathische Art, dein unternehmerischer Spirit und Drive, sowie deine Sehnsucht nach ständiger Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung sind unverzichtbar.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
