We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant acquisition efforts in the North region and leading a team of Restaurant Partnership Managers.

Your primary focus will be on improving our restaurant portfolio by identifying and acquiring new venues that align with our business goals. You will use your extensive sales experience to provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and directing the Restaurant Acquisition Team in the North region, setting clear goals and expectations, and managing sales performance
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to target gaps and opportunities in the market, including identifying potential new areas for expansion
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key restaurant partners, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating key partner terms
  • Making data-driven business decisions to drive growth and profitability
  • Creating a positive work environment that fosters team development and growth
