We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Berlin, Germany. As a key player in the digital marketing world, you will assist advertisers in optimizing their social media campaigns and provide support via inbound and outbound calls to help clients meet their advertising goals.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a leading social media platform. If you are a Dutch (C1) and English (B2) speaker passionate about sales and eager to make an impact, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a digital marketing advisor, assisting advertisers in optimizing their social media campaigns.
  • Provide support via inbound and outbound calls to help clients meet their advertising goals.
  • Utilize social media trends to suggest solutions and improve client campaign performance.
  • Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification to deepen your marketing skills during training.

Training & Development

  • 4-week paid training (2 weeks of instruction + 2 weeks of nesting).
  • Full attendance during training is mandatory.
  • Certification and continuous mentorship are provided to set you up for success.

Requirements

  • Language: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
  • Strong interest in sales, digital marketing, and customer support.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: 33,000 EUR gross, plus a performance bonus of up to 7,500 EUR.
  • Additional 300 EUR monthly for Dutch proficiency.
  • Relocation Bonus: Up to 1,900 EUR for international relocation.
