A 1-year trainee program designed for ambitious individuals who want to start their career in international sales and business development.


About the Role

You will have the opportunity to develop a fundamental understanding of the craftsman market in France, learn how to identify potential customers and generate inbound leads for our software solution, HERO.

Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with customer presentations, learning how to showcase HERO's value to prospective clients.

As you progress, you'll be given opportunities to take on more responsibility in closing deals, supporting customer onboarding, and gathering feedback to help refine our product-market fit.


Your Skills & Qualifications
  • A degree in sales, business, economics, marketing or a related field
  • Initial experience in a sales or business development role (through internships, part-time jobs, or student projects)
  • Fluent in English and native language skills in French - both written and spoken
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas and take initiative within the team
