We are currently seeking a seasoned Chief Sales Development Manager to join our sales team in Germany, covering the Berlin and Brandenburg region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in these regions. Ideally, you will have field sales experience from the Electronic Security industry, however we are eager to speak to candidates from Electrical Wholesale, Trade, and other similar industries.

As a Chief Sales Development Manager, you will work closely with the Sales team to drive revenue growth with a number of warm accounts. You will collaborate with suppliers to deliver revenue growth and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will identify market potential and recognize opportunities and threats in the market, staying up-to-date on competitor developments and sharing this information within the organization.
  • You will analyze sales figures, recognize crucial developments, and develop plans to achieve turnover and margin objectives.
  • You will be responsible for planning appointments and convincing customers to increase business with ADI, managing customer relationships from start to finish with the goal of building sustainable relationships and growing turnover and margin.

Requirements:

  • You will possess experience in a field sales role or equivalent experience.
  • You will have experience in B2B sales environments.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have good planning and organizational skills.
  • You will hold a valid driving license.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
