Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Finance Manager to join our team in the DACH market. This role will be responsible for managing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across various business units.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or similar field. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Oracle, and PowerBI is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Controllership teams to provide variance analysis and explanations
  • Consolidate financial reports from business units and provide commentary to stakeholders
  • Support various processes, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Prepare and run business plans, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Oracle, and PowerBI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives on tight schedules and timelines
