About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our global account strategy and drive business growth.
- Your primary focus will be on implementing business plans and market strategies, collaborating with regional sales managers to ensure alignment of market development activities.
- You will develop and execute pricing strategies for global and regional accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to stay ahead of the competition.
- Strong communication and project management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
- A background in sales and marketing, combined with a passion for innovation, is crucial for driving business forward.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and market strategies for global and regional accounts.
- Collaborate with internal technical departments to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones.
- Analyze market information, monitor competitors, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to create effective sales tools and promotional materials.
- Participate in product launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong support for sales teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product developments and implement successful go-to-market strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, and workshops to enhance employee and customer knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Graduate engineer or similar qualification from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
