About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our global account strategy and drive business growth.
  • Your primary focus will be on implementing business plans and market strategies, collaborating with regional sales managers to ensure alignment of market development activities.
  • You will develop and execute pricing strategies for global and regional accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strong communication and project management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
  • A background in sales and marketing, combined with a passion for innovation, is crucial for driving business forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and market strategies for global and regional accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal technical departments to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones.
  • Analyze market information, monitor competitors, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to create effective sales tools and promotional materials.
  • Participate in product launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong support for sales teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product developments and implement successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct training sessions, presentations, and workshops to enhance employee and customer knowledge.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate engineer or similar qualification from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time.
What We Offer

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
