Head of Sales Germany

With over 4 million accounts opened in Europe and a network of over 850 collaborators across several countries, Nickel is a successful story in the fintech industry.
As a Sales & Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Nickel's presence in Germany, launching and developing a network of points of sale across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a distribution strategy for Nickel Germany;
- Lead a team of 10 Sales Representatives and manage their performance;
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and key accounts;
- Identify new distribution partners and key accounts opportunities;
- Prospect and develop new points of sale;
- Train and launch new points of sale;
- Monitor and control key sales indicators;
- Implement an efficient team organization and manage the annual sales & distribution budget;
- Present regular results and outlook to Top Management;
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and operation team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management;
- Proven track record in developing and managing retail networks;
- Knowledge of the German market and retail sector;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Ability to present, convince, and federate;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
