As a Sales & Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Nickel's presence in Germany, launching and developing a network of points of sale across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a distribution strategy for Nickel Germany;
  • Lead a team of 10 Sales Representatives and manage their performance;
  • Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and key accounts;
  • Identify new distribution partners and key accounts opportunities;
  • Prospect and develop new points of sale;
  • Train and launch new points of sale;
  • Monitor and control key sales indicators;
  • Implement an efficient team organization and manage the annual sales & distribution budget;
  • Present regular results and outlook to Top Management;
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and operation team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management;
  • Proven track record in developing and managing retail networks;
  • Knowledge of the German market and retail sector;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Ability to present, convince, and federate;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
