CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our commercial operations in Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and achieves sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
