Job Title: Head of Sales, Germany

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our commercial operations in Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and achieves sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
