About Nickel
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Manager to enable the adoption of Nickel by the largest number by launching, developing and animating the network of points of sale all over the German territory.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and managing retail networks, to have direct contact with German stakeholders such as local shops, associations, organizations.
The position requires travel across Germany and the ability to present, to convince and to federate.
The main missions will be:
- Plan and execute the distribution strategy for Nickel Germany;
- Recruit, train and manage the sales team;
- Manage the relationship with distribution partners;
- Find new distribution partners and key accounts;
- Develop the Nickel network in Germany by prospecting new POS;
- Train and launch the POS;
- Perform regular visits to the POS;
- Define and control the key sales indicators;
- Implement an efficient team organization;
- Set and administer an annual sales & distribution budget;
- Present results and outlook to Top Management;
- Be the link between the team and the operation team.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales & Distribution Manager/Director or other managerial position.
