About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at PROS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
  • Manage client relationships and negotiate sales agreements
  • Forecast sales performance and provide accurate pipeline management
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years in SaaS software sales
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional experience in lieu of education considered
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
