We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at PROS. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage client relationships, including identifying influencers, decision-makers, and negotiating sales
  • Forecast sales performance and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, to drive sales success
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years in SaaS software sales
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional experience in lieu of education considered
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
