About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations professional to partner with our Germany Sales Leadership team. As a Regional Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining, landing, and executing strategic priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the regional sales leadership team, supporting business operations both tactically and strategically.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning day-to-day sales operation execution activities in partnership with the Germany Sales leader
- Acting as a thought leader to identify and solve root causes for process improvement and define new frameworks as the business scales
- Driving sales operations strategic support activities for annual and long-range planning, forecasting, and other necessary strategy narratives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
We're looking for a strategic thinker who requires little oversight and can work independently. As a successful candidate, you should have excellent analytical skills, a developed financial acumen, and a deep understanding of sales operations. You should also be able to work across cross-functional teams in a productive manner and can work through ambiguity and most blockers.
