**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our commercial organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and meeting the needs of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality administrative office work, with a focus on office coordination and meeting planning.
- Work closely with our Office Maintenance provider and internal EHS&S Team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Organize internal office meetings and events, including welcoming external guests and setting up on-site meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and participation in internal meetings and area team meetings.
- Coordinate project management tasks, including organizing third-party events and communicating with the sales force.
- Manage project budgets and ensure all financial processes are adhered to.
- Coordinate travel bookings for invited participants and document compliance requirements and costs.
- Support the Marketing/Product Manager with contract and budget management.
**Requirements**
- Completed commercial or comparable training.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in office or project management/team assistance.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and in writing).
- Strong self-organisation, ability to multi-task, and high learning ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
- Experience in event management and technical affinity is an advantage.
