Digital Wholesale Acceleration Manager

About the Role:
The Wholesale channel represents a significant growth opportunity for adidas, and we're redefining our digital presence to create premium experiences across all customer touchpoints. As the Manager Digital Wholesale Acceleration, you'll drive this evolution by animating market digital wholesale performance, leveraging performance dashboards, and supporting acceleration plans to secure the delivery of our wholesale ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support joint planning and adoption processes within the team and with Global Digital where applicable.
- Monitor market engagement and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation of Digital WHS initiatives.
- Manage selected strategic digital projects and programs.
- Play a key role in working with Global Functions and Market Wholesale stakeholders to define strategic, organizational, and process changes to ensure successful implementation and execution of growth levers.
- Animate the community, foster practice sharing, identify potential synergies, and shared challenges, and coordinate collective efforts to address them.
- Enable adoption by applying change management methodology and enable business groups to achieve understanding of changes to their work areas and their specific roles.
- Help drive change across the wider organization.
- Animate progress review with markets on a regular cadence and positively challenge and influence market plans to deliver against joint targets.
- Provide formal, continuous communication with leadership stakeholders and the wider community on success metrics.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English is required.
Experience and Education:
- Experience in the Digital Business across multiple disciplines with a focus on Digital Account Management, eCommerce, and Digital Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience working demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Cross-functional experience ideally with marketing/sales/finance/eCom.
- Project- and program management experience.
- International experience, having worked in more than one region.
