About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Business Development Manager to join our team at Vality One Recruitment GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the oncology market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Provide expert product knowledge and training to internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
