About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Manager - Flexible Packaging to join our team at Intersnack Procurement BV. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our flexible packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and safety risks.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality and safety issues.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on quality and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Food Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supplier quality assurance and auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
