About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Manager - Flexible Packaging to join our team at Intersnack Procurement BV. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our flexible packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and safety risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on quality and safety procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality and safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Packaging Science, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role in the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
