Supplier Quality Assurance Manager Ingredients

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Intersnack. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our ingredients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage supplier relationships and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with Intersnack's quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality ingredients to our factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category strategies and achieve procurement targets.
- Conduct risk and food fraud assessments to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage supplier quality assurance systems and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-based field (e.g. Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Food Quality Management, Microbiology, Chemistry).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, quality management, or a related field in the FMCG and/or food industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and GFSI schemes (BRC/IFS/FSSC).
- Knowledge of current EU legislation relevant to food manufacturing.
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and database management.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in high complexity, multicultural organizations.
- Attention to detail, good planning, time management, conflict management, and communicative skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, problem solver with knowledge of project management.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Valid driving license.
