Quality Assurance Manager for Flexible Packaging

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance program for all flexible packaging materials, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and technical standards.
- Conduct thorough food safety risk assessments for packaging materials, safeguarding our production facilities against potential hazards.
- Lead supplier audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any identified non-conformities.
- Analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage complex packaging categories, ensuring supplier compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the sourcing strategy for packaging materials, prioritizing food safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist production facilities during certification audits to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English is essential.
