As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will oversee a dedicated team of 3-5 customer advisors while also managing your own client interactions from initial application through to completion.

  • Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in insurance sales: You possess a background in telephone consultations and have some leadership experience, either in a similar role or as a sales trainer.
  • Relevant training: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesperson (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d), with additional qualifications as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) being a plus.
  • Strong performance focus and excellent communication skills: You can adapt to the evolving demands of a growing organization.
  • Confident demeanor: You exhibit strong assertiveness and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English is advantageous.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • No client acquisition or fieldwork: You will benefit from a steady stream of leads generated through our CHECK24 Comparison Portal.
  • Management of daily operations: This includes providing sales advice to clients and preparing relevant offers using modern consulting methods such as chat or co-browsing.
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership: You will guide a team of customer advisors (m/f/d) and engage in coaching, conversation analysis, and feedback discussions to foster their development.
  • Monitoring quality and performance standards: You will ensure high processing quality within your team and work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Reporting to management: As part of the management team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership.
