As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will oversee a team of 3-5 customer advisors while also managing your own client interactions from the initial application through to completion.

We are eager to receive your application for the position of Team Leader (m/f/d) in the sales back office for life insurance.

  • Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in insurance sales: You possess a background in telephone consultations and have some leadership experience in a comparable role or as a sales trainer.
  • Relevant training: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesperson (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d), with additional qualifications as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) being a plus.
  • Strong performance focus and communication skills: You can adapt effectively to the evolving demands of a growing organization.
  • Confident demeanor: You exhibit high levels of assertiveness and possess conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in German (C2), with proficiency in English being advantageous.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • No client acquisition or field service required: You will benefit from a steady stream of leads through our CHECK24 Comparison Portal.
  • Oversee daily operations: This includes providing sales advice to customers and preparing relevant offers using modern consulting methods such as chat or co-browsing.
  • Professional and managerial team leadership: You will lead a team of customer advisors (m/f/d) and engage in coaching, conversation analysis, and feedback discussions to foster their development.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards: You will maintain high processing quality within your team and work on continuous process and procedure optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales management: As part of the management team, you will work closely with upper management.
