As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will guide a dedicated team of 3-5 customer advisors while also managing your own client interactions from initial inquiry to finalization.

- Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in insurance sales: You possess a background in telephone consultations and have held leadership roles or served as a sales trainer.
- Relevant training: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesperson (m/f/d) or as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), with additional qualifications as an insurance expert being beneficial.
- Strong drive for results and excellent communication skills: You can adapt to the evolving demands of a growing organization.
- Confident presence: You demonstrate high levels of assertiveness and possess conflict resolution abilities.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in German (C2), with proficiency in English being a plus.
- Key Responsibilities
- No client acquisition or fieldwork: You will benefit from a steady stream of leads generated through our CHECK24 Comparison Portal.
- Oversee daily operations: This includes providing sales advice to clients and preparing relevant proposals using modern consulting methods such as chat or co-browsing.
- Professional and managerial team oversight: You will lead a team of customer advisors (m/f/d) and engage in coaching, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to foster their development.
- Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards: You will maintain high processing quality within your team and work on continuous improvement of processes.
- Reporting to upper management: As part of the management team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership.
