Your Role: Team Leader (m/f/d) Sales Back Office Insurance

As a Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and developing a team of customer advisors while providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high processing quality, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, including telephone consultation and initial leadership experience in a similar role or as a sales trainer.
  • Completed training as an insurance salesman (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d), with further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) being advantageous.
  • A strong performance orientation and excellent communication skills, allowing you to adapt confidently to a dynamic and growing company environment.
  • Self-assured demeanor with high assertiveness and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent German (C2) and proficient English.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer advisors, providing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including sales advice to customers and preparing tailored offers through modern consulting models such as chat or co-browsing.
  • Monitor defined quality and performance requirements, ensuring high processing quality within your team and continuously optimizing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with sales management, providing regular reports and insights.
