Bei ToolTime entwickeln wir eine Software, die Handwerksbetriebe dabei hilft, ihre Prozesse vollständig zu digitalisieren und wertvolle Zeit zu sparen. Wir haben mehr als €55 Millionen Kapital eingesammelt und sind damit das am stärksten finanzierte Startup im Handwerk.

Als Head of Strategic Partnerships (m/w/d) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, das Wachstum von ToolTime und die Digitalisierung im Handwerk voranzutreiben. Du wirst Teil des Leadership Teams und hast die Möglichkeit, uns in einer spannenden Wachstumsphase zu unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Identifikation: Du definierst eine langfristige Strategie, wie wir über Partnerschaften wachsen können.
- Gewinnen: Du gehst aktiv auf neue Partner zu und verhandelst Rahmenbedingungen und Verträge für uns.
- Ausbauen: Du pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften mit dem Ziel, diese auszubauen.
- Führen: Du führst ein kleines Team und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden täglich weiter.

Ihre Anforderungen

- Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und davon 2 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
- Netzwerken: Du kannst gut Netzwerken und es fällt Dir leicht, mit neuen Leuten ins Gespräch zu kommen.
- Kommunikation: Du hast exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst mitreißende Präsentationen bauen und halten.
- Führungsqualitäten: Du hast erste Führungserfahrung und lebst Teamwork, sowie konstruktives und direktes Feedback.
- Verhandlungsgeschickt: Du bist in der Lage extrem überzeugend aufzutreten und wichtige Verträge in unserem Sinn zu verhandeln.
- Unternehmerisch: Du agierst unternehmerisch und hast keine Angst selbst zum Telefonhörer zu greifen, um die richtige Ansprechpartnerin an den Hörer zu bekommen.
- Strategisch: Du denkst strategisch, kannst Markt- oder Wettbewerbsanalysen durchführen und identifizierst neue Geschäftsfelder für uns.
- Planung: Du hast Grundkenntnisse in der Finanz- und Budgetplanung und kannst in unserem Sinne Budgetentscheidungen fällen.
- Reisetätigkeit: Für die Rolle wirst Du monatlich für 1-2 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands bzw. Europas reisen, um Entscheidungsträger persönlich zu treffen.
