Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Midmarket and Corporate segment.

Sales Responsibilities
  • You will strategically position DataGuard solutions with decision makers, positioning us as a trusted partner in the security and compliance space.
  • You will manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success Team.
  • You will craft compelling sales plans, unlocking untapped opportunities in your territory.
  • You will drive new business with a dynamic, multi-touch outbound approach, maintaining a robust pipeline at all times.
  • You will document activities in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy always.
  • You will forecast future revenue (ARR) with precision, contributing to long-term growth.

Requirements
  • University degree in business, economics, informatics or comparable.
  • At least 2+ year's experience in a B2B, SaaS closing role.
  • Compelling track record as an Account Executive (or in an end-to-end sales role).
  • Proficient in lead generation via outbound.
  • Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process (MEDDIC).
  • Analytical skills combined with a getting-things-done attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a confident and poised demeanour.
  • Team player, willing to learn from others and to share own experiences.
  • German skills at native speaker level as well as very good English skills.
