Job Overview

This role is centered around the sales of our cutting-edge robot SOTO, specifically designed for fully automated material supply within production industries. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and hold a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.

A key aspect of this position involves building relationships with existing and new customers from the industry, responsible for scaling existing fleets and supporting Europe-wide go-to-market strategies for the SOTO product together with partners.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the SOTO product, targeting key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those demands.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the SOTO product.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
  • Travel: Ability to travel (at least 20%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and independent approach to work.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer:
