We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Professional to join our team at h&z.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Strategic Procurement Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our clients to understand their procurement needs and develop strategic solutions
  • Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that meet the needs of our clients
  • Leading project teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver results
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a team of a management consultancy specialized in purchasing and/or in the purchasing department of an international, market-leading company
  • Basic purchasing understanding and experience in commodity group management, commodity group strategy, material cost reduction, negotiations or supplier days
  • Initial experience in the areas of target operating model, sustainability, digitalization or resilience in purchasing is desirable
