About the Role
We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the commercial strategy of our product roadmap, executing on partnerships and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for our product roadmap, ensuring the commercial viability of our partnerships.
- Play an active role in the procurement process, evaluating bids and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Tackle commercial negotiations, supported by financial and operational models, to deliver actionable recommendations to Management.
- Assess and prioritize opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase profitability, aligning with our company goals.
- Develop and maintain models to stress-test the resilience of our partnerships, ensuring we're prepared for any scenario.
- Manage relationships with our partners' ecosystem, escalating needs and understanding partners' to drive synergies in our joint ventures.
Requirements
- Top-tier university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high growth startup, leading management consulting firm, private equity fund, or investment bank.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills, with a genuine attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones, drawing clear conclusions and formulating efficient action plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mentality.
- Ability to make a bullet-proof business case and convince others to execute.
- Confident and composed under pressure, interacting with stakeholders of all levels.
- Curious by nature, a motivated self-starter, and passionate about making an impact.
