Freight Sales Professional

We're a rapidly growing digital freight platform, and we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. Our platform enables freight forwarders to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines. With over 300 customers acquired in the first year, we're poised for continued growth.
In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. You'll work closely with potential and current users to understand their needs and requirements, developing targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the full sales process to increase sales and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
- Manage and track all sales activity in our CRM, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
- Provide regular forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and sales developments.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive in software sales.
- Familiarity with high-velocity or transactional sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a result-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English is essential.
