About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at OroraTech GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals and objectives. Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products. Provide ongoing support to address partner inquiries and challenges.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and risks to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Event Participation: Represent OroraTech GmbH at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in partner management, key account management, sales, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish + other language skills
  • High motivation and commitment
  • Willingness to travel globally - meet with partners, attend industry events, and support partnership initiatives multiple times (10+ trips per year)
  • Enthusiasm to learn about Wildfires, Satellite technology and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures
