Key Responsibilities:
Retention Strategy and Program Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retention strategy to drive customer loyalty and growth.
- Design and execute retention programs that enhance customer experience and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities.
Customer Retention Management
- Lead the development and implementation of local CRM programs to drive customer retention and growth.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform retention program development and optimization.
Account and Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful program execution.
- Develop and maintain implementation plans, training concepts, and technical changes.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure compliance with Abbott policies and procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
- Higher education in marketing, management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital retention marketing, CRM, and omnichannel reach-out.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth in a healthcare industry setting.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
