Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled CRM Retention Manager, EMEAP to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and growth. Your expertise will help us enhance customer experience, increase sales, and build strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase sales
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform retention strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Higher education in marketing or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital retention marketing and CRM, with a focus on omnichannel reach-out
- Proven track record of driving customer loyalty and growth through effective retention strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Fluent in spoken and written English
