Manager of Strategic Partnerships EMEAP (m/f/d)
to be located in Germany.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager for ADC EMEAP will play a crucial role in spearheading and coordinating initiatives to identify, establish, and launch collaborations with external partners, focusing primarily on software solutions. This position requires ongoing evaluation of business development opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ADC EMEAP Strategic Partnerships Manager in identifying potential partners, developing business cases, and preparing necessary internal documentation for collaboration approvals.
- Collaborate with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, global business development teams, and legal departments to negotiate EMEAP-wide agreements and contracts.
- Serve as the primary contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication among partners, global business development, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Engage with external business partners throughout the selection, negotiation, and implementation phases.
- Design and implement a sales framework to promote the adoption of existing and new data interface capabilities.
- Advise EMEAP affiliates seeking to establish local partnerships, sharing best practices in contracting and negotiations.
- Continuously monitor market trends relevant to the Diabetes sector, analyze findings, and provide strategic recommendations to the EMEAP leadership team.
Your Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in business, law, IT, or life sciences; an MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and negotiating strategic partnerships is essential.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including data integration projects involving cloud-based systems, within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven track record in new market entries, product launches, project management, and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and JSON formats.
- Knowledge of the healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical industries, particularly in the Diabetes field.
- A strong desire to explore new trends and technologies.
- Innovative mindset, analytical capabilities, and the ability to cultivate trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
- Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and objectives.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with the potential for growth into roles with greater responsibilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- The role may involve occasional travel within Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.
