About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to take charge of our large multinational clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Lepaya's growth by engaging in strategic business planning, managing relationships, and employing consultative selling techniques.

Your responsibilities will encompass the entire client lifecycle; from acquiring and managing significant enterprise accounts to leveraging your strategic insights to drive growth and secure critical business opportunities.

You will define project scopes, convert them into actionable milestones, and create strategic plans that yield substantial results. Your ability to identify new opportunities while nurturing existing relationships will be key to your success.

While you will have a supportive team, your success will largely depend on your initiative to discover new prospects and maintain strong relationships with current clients. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant, ideally in selling transformation programs to large Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong sales orientation complemented by excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured approach to work, ideally demonstrated through previous project management experience.
  • Proven interest in the learning and development sector.
  • Experience in selling software solutions or platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and make strategic decisions that positively influence the business.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
Your Impact in the First Year
  • Generate up to 1M EUR in new bookings for upskilling solutions across Western Europe within your industry.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
  • Become the go-to expert for upskilling challenges within your clients' industries, offering valuable insights on complex decisions.
  • Plan and coordinate intricate projects and strategic communications to meet Lepaya's objectives.
