  • Assume complete accountability for managing 35-40 Enterprise clients located in the DACH region.
  • Establish and enhance relationships with your clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
  • Drive account growth by promoting product utilization to ensure added value for clients.
  • Utilize cutting-edge Customer Success platforms (such as Gainsight and Salesforce) supported by a dedicated Customer Success Operations team.
  • Infuse your unique approach into a global, diverse team at LeanIX, a rapidly expanding technology firm and leader in the Enterprise Architecture sector.

WHAT ARE WE SEEKING?

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position within the B2B SaaS sector (or a related field), ideally in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Comprehension of IT Management and Software Development/Operations within Enterprise organizations.
  • Capability to structure and prioritize tasks effectively for yourself and others.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience with Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight, is advantageous.
