About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to oversee our large-scale multinational clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Lepaya's success by engaging in strategic business planning, fostering relationships, and utilizing consultative selling techniques.

Your responsibilities will encompass the entire client lifecycle; from acquiring to managing significant enterprise accounts, leveraging your strategic insights to promote growth and secure essential business opportunities.

You will outline project scopes, convert them into actionable milestones, and craft strategic plans that yield significant outcomes. Your ability to identify new opportunities while nurturing enduring relationships with enterprise clients will be crucial for your success.

Although you will have a supportive team, your achievements will largely depend on your capability to independently pursue new opportunities and maintain existing relationships. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant, ideally with a focus on transformation programs for large Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong sales orientation complemented by excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Structured approach to work, ideally demonstrated through prior project management experience.
  • Proven interest in the learning and development sector.
  • Experience in selling software solutions or platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and make strategic decisions that positively influence the business.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue targets and strategic goals.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
Expected Contributions in the First Year
  • Generate up to 1 million EUR in new bookings for upskilling solutions among clients with a workforce of thousands across Western Europe and your specific industry.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
  • Serve as the primary expert for upskilling challenges within your clients' industries, offering expert guidance on complex decisions.
  • Proactively plan and coordinate complex projects and strategic communications to achieve Lepaya's objectives.
