  • Utilize cutting-edge Customer Success platforms (such as Gainsight and Salesforce) supported by a dedicated Customer Success Operations team.

WHAT ARE WE SEEKING?

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position within the B2B SaaS industry (or a related field), ideally in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Comprehension of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise environments.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively for yourself and others.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience with Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight, is advantageous.
