About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to take charge of our relationships with major multinational clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving Lepaya's success through strategic planning, relationship cultivation, and consultative sales techniques.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagement, from acquiring to managing large enterprise accounts. You will utilize your strategic acumen to foster growth and seize critical business opportunities.

In this position, you will define project scopes, translate them into actionable steps, and create strategic plans that yield significant outcomes. Your ability to identify new prospects while nurturing existing relationships will be key to your success.

While you will have a supportive team, your ability to independently pursue new opportunities and maintain existing accounts will be crucial. Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in roles such as Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant, preferably with a focus on transformation programs for large Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong sales orientation complemented by excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Structured approach to work, ideally demonstrated through prior project management experience.
  • Proven understanding of the learning and development sector.
  • Experience in selling software solutions or platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and make strategic decisions that positively influence business outcomes.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic goals.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
Expected Achievements in Your First Year
  • Generate up to 1 million EUR in new bookings for upskilling solutions across clients with thousands of employees in Western Europe and your specific industry.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
  • Become the go-to expert for upskilling challenges within your clients' industries, offering insightful guidance on complex decisions.
  • Plan and coordinate complex projects and strategic communications to align with Lepaya's objectives.
