Your Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to enhance our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be the face of our organization and the voice of our clients. Your passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills are vital for this full-time role. We value initiative, sound judgment, and a relentless drive for results. We are looking for innovative leaders who can uphold the high standards that define our company culture.

  • Establish and nurture intricate relationships with senior executives, effectively communicating how our solutions align with their goals.
  • Your bilingual communication skills in both French and English will facilitate effective collaboration within the broader team. A curious mindset and comfort in a technical environment will enhance your ability to synthesize information.
  • Assist clients in adopting a value-driven approach and follow up with tailored success strategies.
  • Engage in contract renewals and manage all related activities, including proposal coordination, resource allocation, billing, and deliverables.
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs and concerns across all departments.
  • Propose enhancements to processes or documentation.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure alignment of results with value and facilitate a seamless transition to customer success.
  • Work closely with operations and development teams to address issues and provide feedback on improving customer service.
  • Monitor customer loyalty by tracking progress against success plans and solution adoption.
  • This position is permanent and offers a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management or customer service roles.
  • Expertise in managing corporate and strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication and executive relationship skills.
  • Industry experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering is essential.
  • Technical proficiency with web technologies and commonly used enterprise applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
