Job Description

As a Director Field Application Engineering at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in driving innovation and growth in the power electronics market. Your team will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage a Team of Field Application Engineers
  • Develop and Implement Strategies to Increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
  • Identify New Business Opportunities and Drive Revenue Growth
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Develop and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Key Customers and Partners
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Developments, and Apply This Knowledge to Drive Business Growth
  • Manage and Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Measure Team Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Comparable Field
  • At Least 8 Years of Professional Experience in the Semiconductor or Power Electronics Market
  • Experience as a Team Leader, with Ability to Identify and Attract Talents
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with Ability to Identify and Assess Unique Value Propositions and Competitive Threats
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with Ability to Drive Alignment with Key Stakeholders
  • Strategic Thinking, Business Sense, and Entrepreneurial View, with Good Understanding of Process Management, Digitalization, and Change Management
  • Experience with State-of-the-Art CRM Systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Project Management Skills, with Ability to Drive Proactive Follow-Up and Results-Oriented Decision Making
