Strategic Growth Partner

As an Entrepreneur In Residence, you will collaborate closely with our founders to drive strategic and operational growth. Your tasks will include
- executing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
- implementing scalable solutions to unlock operational efficiency
- driving business process improvements
- working independently with minimal supervision, possessing a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-stuff-done attitude
- possessing excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results under pressure
- being fluent in English, with German being a significant advantage
You will be part of a diverse, international community, working side-by-side with our founders to bring a disruptive product to market. This is a full-time internship position, with the potential for a permanent role and equity in the company.

2-3 years of practical experience in business development, venture development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup, incubator, and/or consultancy.
Loves challenges and can work independently with little instruction, possessing a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-stuff-done attitude and being always thinking one step ahead.
Excellent analytical skills, work diligently, have great attention to detail, and can consistently deliver results under pressure.
English fluency is required, and German is a big advantage.
