We are a dynamic and ambitious e-commerce startup with a strong focus on delivering quality sleep products at fair prices. Since our inception in 2015, we have been entirely self-funded through our own operative cash flow.
Our mission is to provide easy and fast access to a broad catalog of bedding items across Europe. Currently, we are active on over 15 online platforms, with a strong presence in France, Germany, and the Netherlands. We are constantly seeking opportunities to expand our reach and explore new international markets.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to support us in actualizing our vision of bringing quality sleep products to customers across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, expanding our reach, and optimizing our processes.
Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive market analyses to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute independent projects to expand our online presence and product offerings
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements
- Support our day-to-day operations as needed
- Completed studies in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and project management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Motivated, reliable, independent, and a team player
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English, knowledge of another language would be an advantage
- High motivation, hands-on mentality, and implementation strength
- Independent work and plenty of room for personal initiative
