About the Role

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting the team in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team in their daily business, including preparation, coordination, and strong support of meetings and activities.
  • Prepare presentations and emailings, as well as maintain data and reports.
  • Assist with the onboarding of Academy Associates, including demand planning, recruiting, and equipment ordering.
  • Conduct research and administrative activities.
  • Collaborate on special projects, such as social media campaigns and creative learning concepts.

Requirements

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration or similar.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English.
  • Soft skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, organized working style, pro-active, fast-paced, analytical skills.
  • Discretion to deal with personal data is an absolute must.

About the Team

The SAP Academy for Customer Success serves a central role in our vision for SAP to be the agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce empowered to maximize customer value. The team is responsible for all field-related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP.
